Now that you’ve chosen your perfect gown, our experienced staff (over 100 years between us!) will measure you and help you decide on any design tweaks, modifications and changes.
Our aim is to ensure that your gown uniquely reflects your personal wedding day vision. Most designer wedding gowns take approx. 5-6 months to arrive, so bear this in mind when making your plans.
Your gorgeous gown has arrived in store! Now it’s time for you to meet your actual wedding dress!
We will call you to arrange for you to come into store for a ‘first fitting’ with our instore, professional fitting team. There are usually 2-3 fittings needed to ensure that your dress fits your body perfectly. Allow for 10-12 weeks for this important stage.
All that is left now is for us to give your beautiful dress its final press, pack it perfectly in its zip up storage bag, ready for collection and for you to look amazing on your wedding day!
If you would like your gown dry cleaned we can arrange that for you. We can also arrange for you to have your precious gown cleaned and packed in a beautiful box, in acid free tissue, for long term safe storage. Please ask instore for prices.
So that our brides can enjoy their bridal experience fully we ask that appointments are made to try on wedding dresses.
