Beautiful in Blush

THE DRESS

Ahead of their planned traditional Asian wedding, Deepika and her husband had a smaller, registry wedding day which she needed to find a beautiful gown for.

Ideally Deepika wanted a two-piece look wedding gown. On her wish list, she wanted something that was blush pink in tone, with a Sweetheart neckline and with a full, ball gown-styled skirt.

After a quick internet search, Deepika came across Bride to Be and a gorgeous Essense of Australia dress that met all her requirements, including the tight budget that came with planning two weddings, in that her dress was in the sale! She immediately called and was greeted by Emma who booked her in for an appointment as soon as possible.

Upon arriving, she met with Emma for the appointment and when she tried on the dress, she knew instantly it was for her. She felt beautiful and every inch a princess. Not wanting to make a hasty decision, Deepika tried some other dresses in the boutique, but in the end, reverted back to the Essence of Australia dress.

On the day of the wedding Deepika said she felt truly beautiful and was complimented many times, on her stunning gown!

THE THEME

Deepika didn’t have a particular theme for her registry wedding, as so much planning had already taken place for her Asian ceremony. However, she did want a casual, laid-back atmosphere, and had her bridesmaids in blush pinks to compliment her dress and floral arrangements.

THE VENUE

Deepika and her Husband chose Froyle Park as their wedding venue. Originally, they were planning a destination wedding which unfortunately didn’t come together for them. However, after seeing an advert for an open day at Froyle Park on Facebook, which was just fifteen minutes away, they decided to go and take a look. As they approached the drive, they both instantly fell in love with it and decided not to look at other venues.

They chose to book with Froyle Park as it was an exclusive venue which was important to the couple, plus it accommodated their hundreds of guests. They were very impressed with the beautifully manicured gardens which were perfect for photos in July and also gave them the option of having an outdoor ceremony.
